How is Math Monkey different from traditional tutoring centers?
Math Monkey is a supplemental math education center designed to teach students in a small classroom setting. We teach children methods to perform mathematical calculations that they would not normally learn in their regular school environment.
Not every child is "wired" the same way, so they need to be exposed to alternative ways to solve math problems. Math Monkey uses ancient Vedic Math techniques that have been around for over 3,000 years. Steps to solve problems are condensed and can be done mentally. It is very important for children to exercise the mind more than the pencil or calculator.

Our classes revolve around a fun, game-based environment that promotes a comfortable setting for children in which to learn. We recommend these classes for elementary aged students through lower middle school.
