One of my current parents, Renee, stopped by the center the other day and said she just had to come by and share some news about Cleo, her daughter. Cleo started with Math Monkey of Leawood in the summer of 2008 and attends Lakewood Elementary. Here is what Renee shared with me. “Chris, I wanted to come by and give you some feedback. For the last two years Cleo has been leaving class to get some additional help with her math in a program called Number World. After extensive testing at the beginning of this school year, Cleo tested out of the program! We were so happy for Cleo and she was excited as well.” This is also what Cleo told her parents the other night at the dinner table. “In the Number World class they just made us do the same thing over and over again. What I really like about Math Monkey is that they are teaching me strategies to solve my problems.” Way to go Cleo!
